Warranty
Please use this link to submit warranty claims or to inquire about warranty status on equipment.
To submit a warranty claim, please include:
Copy of Service Ticket or Work Order with all relevant information such as model and serial number, location of customer repair, diagnosis, part and labor required to complete repair.
Copy of invoice for part from Mountain Sales & Service
Please submit warranty claim within 15 days of repair completion. After submittal, please hold defective parts for 30 business days before discarding. If the manufacturer needs the part returned, Mountain Sales & Service will contact you. Freight is NOT covered by warranty and will be billed accordingly. Providing complete information will expedite the process. Incomplete or delayed submittal of paperwork will result in claims being rejected by the manufacturer, and the service company will be responsible for the cost of parts.
